✧ Visual Artist & Webcomic author
✧ ESP / ENG / 한국어 (in progress)

✧ Hello there! I am Kai, an independent artist who's been in a long battle against cancer.
I'm alive but physically limited, but still, I do my best to adapt myself to the circumstances to continue creating, since that's what gives my life meaning.
✧ I am mainly focused on original characters and silly comics and storytelling. You might find these mainly on my instagram highlights.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you're automatically accepting all of these terms and conditions, so be sure to read carefully before inquiring or placing an order

✦ PAYMENTS ✦

◆ Payment goes first, full, and through Vgen or Ko-fi only.Paypal available for long time clients .
(Please don't send the payment right away. Wait for me to confirm your commission and send you an invoice).
◆ Once the payment is complete, I’ll start working on your commission.

✦ CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ✦

◆ Cancellations or refunds are only possible when I haven’t started working on your commission yet. Once I begin, even if it’s just the sketch, I don’t do refunds, so please be careful and make sure you’re 100% convinced you want this piece before commissioning me.◆ If for some reason it becomes impossible for me to complete your commission, I’ll contact you and will refund you 100% of your money.

✦ USE AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:✦

◆ Commissions are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Which means you can print it or use it for yourself on your social media, as long as you're not generating any profit out of it nor removing my credit.◆ Unless the client states otherwise beforehand, I have a right to post and share this commission on my social media as a way to promote my work.

✦ REVISIONS AND WORKFLOW: ✦

◆ I will be sending you sketches for approval before I start inking.
At this stage, you're free to point out any corrections or changes you want me to do (the pose of a character, to add or remove a certain element, the facial expression, the clothing, etc).
◆ After inking, I'll send you the base colors, and once again, you're free to ask for corrections regarding the color palette.
After this stage, every correction will have extra cost (except when it was a mistake from my part, like forgetting to add something that was clearly requested previously in the correction stages).
◆ The fee will depend on the magnitude of the correction (if you ask me to basically re-do a part of the piece, it will be more expensive than changing the color of the eyes, for example)◆ I won't correct a finished piece.
So please, make ALL the corrections you feel necessary during the sketching and base color stages to avoid frustrations on both ends.
◆ Please provide CLEAR and COMPLETE references of what you want me to draw (i.e. if you want me to draw a fullbody of your character, don’t only send me a single blurry portrait as a reference)
In order to do the best job as I can, I need to know what the subject looks like.
◆ If you don't own full drawings of the character, I can also work with photography of clothing, hairstyles, color palettes and such to try to put your vision together.
Again, the sketch stage is there for you to point out any corrections you want to make.
◆ The prices shown are starting prices. Keep in mind that the final price may be higher depending of the complexity of the commission.✦ THINGS THAT MAY INCREASE THE COMPLEXITY AND PRICE:◆ How complicated the clothing is (for instance, a Genshin character or a full fantasy armor will be more expensive than a character just wearing jeans and a t-shirt).
◆ The species of the characters (e.g. Dragons are way more complicated than humans or dogs, therefore, more expensive)
◆ How detailed the background is (e.g. a whole cityscape is going to be way pricier than a simple view of the sky with some clouds)◆ Props and animal/creature companions (e.g. custom intricate weapons and vehicles, or pokemon/digimon/fantasy creature companions cost extra. Obviously, a pikachu will be cheaper than a massive red dragon)

✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY: ✦

◆ The completion of commissions is: “first come, first serve”, so it might take a while depending on where are you on the queue.I have a disability that forces me to work slowly, so please, take this into consideration and be patient.◆ Usually the delivery time is one week on average, and it might take longer depending on the complexity of the commission, and my workload.◆ Feel free to ask about the status of your commission and for progress screenshots, but please, do it moderately. Pushing me constantly will not make me draw faster.◆ If you need this commission for a specific date or occasion, please state this beforehand so I can sort my workload and plan accordingly to deliver the artwork in time. I won’t take responsibility for missed deadlines that were not clearly communicated from the start.◆ Communication is key, so please, don’t hesitate to contact me and ask any question you have regarding your order.
I’ll also do my part updating you with any progress I make.
◆ The finished artwork will be delivered to the client through a private google drive link.
Said link has an expiration time of one month, so I highly recommend you download and save your piece immediately instead of waiting till the very end.
